TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS:

Transcript requests and Education Verification will be filled twice a week.

If you are requesting a copy of your transcript, please send a $5.00 money order, made payable to Peninsula High School to:

Please include a note stating:

• Your name, when enrolled at Peninsula High School
• Your date of birth
• The years you attended
• Whether you require an official or unofficial transcript
• To whom and to where the transcript should be sent
• A current phone number for any problems or questions we may have in fulfilling your request

If you are requesting verification of school attendance and/or graduation for an alumni, please fax the information mentioned above to 650-589-1352 or 650-866-4120, Attention Transcripts, with a copy of the alumni's signed release form.

OUTSTANDING BOOK BILLS:

If you have an outstanding book bill with Peninsula High School or another transfer school, please pay the bill or return the outstanding book(s) to the site where the debt was incurred. Then request that the person at that site either e-mail or call Karen Ho at Peninsula High School (650-558-2419) to notify us of the cleared debt.
