Health
During the course of Health Education, students will be expected to increase their knowledge of and investigate their own views on personal health, including such things as anger management, communication skills, substance abuse and addiction, sex, relationships, conflict management, HIV, STD's and pregnancy, self-esteem, goal setting, conflict management, depression, harassment, eating disorders and peer pressure.
Students will also improve their communication skills through writing in their journals and in classroom assignments and by verbally sharing opinions in class.
