Office Services

Students and parents can contact the following people for the following needs:

Suzette Hytche- Administrative Assistant -- (650) 558-2401

Ms. Hytche is the main point of contact for Peninsula High School and can direct you to the appropriate department based on your needs. She is the administrative assistant to Dr. LeBeouf and schedules appointments for the principal. Among other duties, Ms. Hytche also provides administrative support for faculty and staff at Peninsula High School.

Jeannie Thomas -- Attendance, Health Aide --(650) 558-2408

The attendance office keeps track of all students' daily attendance. Phone calls are made home if students miss school. Remember, absences should be cleared within three days and absences can only be excused if the student is sick, has a doctor/dentist appointment or if there is a death in the family. If students are truant, the attendance office issues truancy letters, sets up parent truancy intervention meetings and refers students to our in-house probation officer to be placed on a truancy contract. Parents and guardians are encouraged to call the attendance office, at 558-2408, anytime to check on their student’s attendance.

The Health Office maintains health and immunization records for each student and is where students go if they are ill or need first aid. If a student needs to be sent home ill, the parent/guardian will be called. The Health Office cannot dispense any medication without authorization from the student’s doctor. Student’s can carry and self administer their own medication if they have a Medication Authorization on file. Peninsula High School also has the Lucille Packard Adolescent Health Van which comes once a month for students with no health insurance.
