Support Groups

We provide crisis intervention counseling, individual and group counseling, ongoing support groups focusing, among other things, on gay and lesbian issues and cultural pride. The team coordinates with outside service agencies that focus on violence reduction, drug/alchohol use, anger management, healthy decision making, dating violence education, and college/career choices.

In addition, probation officers come to campus on Tuesdays, running groups for students and assisting those who have had minor incidents involving the law. All of these interventions contribute to a campus that is safe, accepting, gang and drug free and supportive of students making the transition into their adult lives.
