Technology

Peninsula High School has 85 computers available for student use, which means that, on average, there is one computer for every two students. Every classroom is connected to the Internet. We have two complete computer labs on campus. Classes visit the labs for instruction and to work on special projects.

Among other software programs, all computers have the standard Microsoft Office Suite and Macromedia Studio MX 2004, which contains the leading tools for every aspect of web design. The teachers at Peninsula High School are committed to integrating technology into their curriculum and the school's Technology Coordinator provides regular staff development both individually and in workshop settings throughout the school year.
