Report an Absence

All absence forms must be submitted within 48 hours to clear an absence within 48 hours (2 days) upon returning to school. Absences without a submitted form within this time will be turned into truancies.

Only a parent or legal guardian of the student listed on the student's emergency contact information may clear absences. 

If you have any questions or comments on reporting an absence, please notify Mr. Dauwe in the PHS Attendance office at 650-558-2408.

Debe notificarnos de la falta de asistencia de su estudiante dentro de 48 horas (2 días) de la fecha que el estudiante falto a la escuela. Las ausencias sin una notificación justificada dentro de este tiempo se convertirán en ausentismo escolar injustificado.

Sólo un padre o tutor legal del estudiante que está indicado en la información de contacto de emergencia del estudiante puede aclarar las ausencias.
