PHS School Bus Transportation Routes

2025-26 School Bus Routes for Peninsula High Families

Dear Peninsula High School Families:

School bus service is available to and from Peninsula High School from San Mateo, Foster City, Burlingame, Millbrae and San Bruno. Routes can be found on our website.

Peninsula High School students do not need to purchase a bus pass to ride the SMUHSD school bus. Students will need to show their Peninsula High School student ID to the SMUHSD bus driver before entering the bus. 

Note: SMUHSD School Buses are not associated with SamTrans. For information about SamTrans please visit the Youth Unlimited Program page of their website. 

Students need to follow the school bus rules:

  • Pupils must maintain order at all times and obey the instructions of the bus driver.

  • Always be courteous to fellow passengers, the bus driver and to passersby.

  • Assigned seats must be honored

  • Never tamper with the bus or any of its equipment

  • Always remain in your seat while the bus is in motion

  • Keep hands and head inside the bus at all times

  • Keep books, packages, coats and all other objects out of the aisles

  • No eating or drinking on the bus at any time

  • Transporting live animals or reptiles on the bus is prohibited. The same is true of glass articles, matches and lighters.

  • Leave no books, lunches or other articles on the bus.

Rutas de autobuses escolares 2025-26 para familias de Peninsula High

 Estimadas familias de Peninsula High School:

El servicio de autobuses escolares está disponible hacia y desde Peninsula High School desde San Mateo, Foster City, Burlingame, Millbrae y San Bruno. Las rutas se pueden encontrar en nuestro sitio web.

Los estudiantes de la Preparatoria Peninsula no necesitan comprar un pase de autobús para viajar en el autobús escolar de SMUHSD. Deberán mostrar su credencial de estudiante de la Preparatoria Peninsula al conductor del autobús de SMUHSD antes de subir al autobús.

Nota: Los autobuses escolares de SMUHSD no están asociados con SamTrans. Para obtener información acerca de SamTrans por favor visite la página del Programa Youth Unlimited de su página web.

 Los estudiantes deben seguir las reglas del autobús escolar:

  • Los estudiantes deben mantener el orden en todo momento y obedecer las instrucciones del conductor del autobús.
  • Ser siempre cortés con los demás pasajeros, con el conductor del autobús y con los transeúntes.
  • Los asientos asignados deben ser respetados
  • Nunca manipular el autobús ni ninguno de sus equipos.
  • Permanecer siempre en su asiento mientras el autobús esté en movimiento.
  • Mantener las manos y la cabeza dentro del autobús en todo momento.
  • Mantener libros, paquetes, abrigos y cualquier otro objeto fuera de los pasillos.
  • No comer ni beber en el autobús en ningún momento.
  • Está prohibido transportar animales vivos o reptiles en el autobús. Lo mismo ocurre con los artículos de vidrio, fósforos y encendedores.
  • No dejar libros, comidas ni otros artículos en el autobús.
